| This metal shaker is 7 3/8" high with a 3 7/8" diameter and has a special chamber for holding back liquid which is built on the Foo principle and beginning at the top all the way down the Foo edge is 5 3/4" to give an idea of the liquid hold back. On the flat side of the Foo chamber there is a dry load area for silks or what have you that is 1 1/2" diameter and 4 3/16" deep so that you may understand the volume. It is likely this was an early Morrissey made item and the vase of the shaker with lid weighs over 13 ounces. Condition very fine. | |
