Description
Many years ago you could find an ad in Harry Stanley Unique Magic Catalog that began with the statement "For the Chap who wants the very best and doesn't mind paying for it, Unique Coins In Glass". It went on to say this is probably the finest ever example of magical craftsmanship. This mechanism you see is highly crafted and made to fit within a cigarette case and is for the purpose of having four coins drop one at a time into a glass. The Craftsman responsible for the particular item was George Hammerton and in the style of Jon Martin. At the time this sold for a whopping $55.00, a fortune at that time. This one in beautiful condition and it needs to have internal thread replaced which is not a difficult thing to do.
