The Massey effect known as 'Ribbon Fantastique' has appeared in many forms beyond the original. This one made in a durable handsome wood frame measuring 8 1/2 inches wide x 3 inches deep at the base and standing 6 1/4 inches high. A sheet of plex with holes drilled through that match holes in the cross piece of the frame is slid into place and a stout cord is woven back and forth through the wood frame and the plex securing the plex in the frame. With all this the magician is able to cleanly pull the plex free of its lacing and the frame is shown to have the cord still in place! This is nicely done and in very fine condition. Includes instructions. | |
