Werner Dornfeld better known as "Dorny" this book contains commentary and ramblings of many famous magicians known personally to him. Some of the magicians written of are *Brema *Clinton Burgess *Ducrot *Durbin *Will Goldston *Blackstone *Brush to name a few. The effects to which patter is given are classic including *Multiplying Billiard Balls *Twentieth Century Handkerchief Trick *Rice Bowl Trick & *Passe Passe Bottles to give you an idea. Light soil to cover and back strip with minor dig on back strip. The end paper pastedown to free endpaper front and rear has separated with webbing intact. This is inscribed on front free endpaper "To Ralph from his companion in crime Dorny 1941". Condition very good. | |
