A rabbit or two doves are placed into a chest resting on a base. After a magical pass over the chest the magician turns the chest forward showing through it and it is completely empty! The base next is picked up and shown empty and the rabbit or doves have vanished! Items by Warren Hamilton not only function but are beautiful as well and this is no exception and a scant few of these survive. This is one of the more difficult pieces to obtain for the Collector of Warren Hamilton items. The overall dimensions with the two pieces assembled are 14 inches wide x 9 1/4 inches deep x 12 1/8 inches high. Both top and bottom pieces are hinged to fold flat and made of wood with Mr. Hamilton's wonderful attention to beautiful lacquers. Includes instructions and condition very good. Chances are this will be your only opportunity to fill this much needed spot in your Warren Hamilton Collection as this is a rarity. | |
