This well made paddle effect begins with 3 white spots that change to black one at a time but the extra added twist of this special mechanical paddle is the change of the spots to all red fairly shown on both sides with no paddle move! Includes a fitted cloth cover to keep it nice as it is in first rate condition. No instructions but upon examination the handling will become apparent to one that has worked with paddles before. | |
