Precision made from Great Britain this has a locking feature which allows for drawing out the desired length of thread and setting it to lock where it remains so until a tug on the thread unlocks the device allowing it to be quickly drawn in. This has the special addition of a spring wire mechanism fitted with the male and female parts of a snap fastener. The spring bar on the locking mechanism is made of copper. Aside from minor paint absence this in very fine working condition. Includes instructions. | |
