Specially constructed to hold a stack of coins in a laying down position to reduce the bulk for an undercoat application. As with all Martin items it is beautiful in every way and this item is trademark stamped in four locations with no doubt as to its authenticity. It is absolutely a classic in very fine condition. This item was acquired from Jon Martin and owned by Richard Himber. The Jon Martin items are the absolute finest and few are fortunate to claim ownership of the genuine article and those that do will tell you nothing else compares. Jon Martin passed away in 1968 at the age of 87 years and there is no evidence of his equal today. | |
