This handsome yet petite drawer made for the appearance of a candle is perhaps one of the most rare of any of the drawer box types. This one in remarkable beautiful condition is truly an absolute find. The drawer is opened fully showing the emptiness and closed. It is opened once more to be seen fully with a candle within. The mechanism locks the first opening drawer in place allowing only the second drawer to be withdrawn. Details on the working of the locking mechanism will be given.
