Perhaps the most sought after item from Edward Massey as it seems a physical impossibility even when you know the workings.

The cabinet is shown with top door and front door opened revealing a glass inside. The glass is removed explaining that it just fits within the cabinet and by example placed back in closing the top door taking one spike pushing it through the hole in the top and showing it really goes into the center of the glass.

The spike is withdrawn and the front door closed leaving the top door open. Water is poured through the open top door into glass and the top door closed. Wooden spikes are used to impale the cabinet from every direction including the one spike going in the top penetrating all the way through the cabinet.

The cabinet is revolved slowly showing all sides. The spikes are removed and top door opened followed by front door and glass removed containing water and given for examination if desired!
