Petrie Lewis. Condition no dents some areas on brass absent of clear coat showing tarnish in a speckle pattern. Function of this marvelous piece is mechanically perfect. Earlier instructions I have seen state that if not desiring to use a glass of liquid for the penetration into a hat that a glass with borrowed articles such as watch or monogram handkerchief and the like may be used in place. This does not include a glass or celluloid disk and cloth with round disk within. Includes illustrated instructions and trademark stamped. | |
