A large heavy needle over 1/4" in thickness and 13" long is shown along with a wooden spool holding a length of ribbon. A slot opening in the spool which corresponds to the eye of the needle is shown and the ribbon inserted and drawn through to the half way point.

The magician shows the easy way to thread the ribbon through the needle and of course the easy way is by magic. The needle is pushed eye end down into the spool and may be drawn quickly back out showing that the ribbon has penetrated into the eye of the needle that was moments before examined thoroughly by spectators!

If desired another method of performance may be used by simply placing the eye of the needle in the hand having the ribbon thread through the eye. Includes instructions and a very clever method indeed. Condition fine.
