A mini magic effect beautifully made from Mr. Warner's early manufacturing making use of 3 black dominoes with white spots and a slim empty wooden cover along with 3 colors of ribbon. The dominoes measure little over 3" in length by 1 5/8" wide and 5/16" thick. The cover is just large enough for a single domino to fit but not completely out of sight when inside the cover.

The magician takes a yellow ribbon, draping it over the open end of the cover and dropping one of the dominoes into the cover. The center of the ribbon is taken inside the cover along with the domino leaving the ends of the ribbon hanging down on the outside of the cover. The magician slowly pulls down on these ends, causing the domino to rise up out of the cover and to the surprise of all the white spots on the domino have changed to yellow in color!

This ribbon and domino are set aside and the blue ribbon and another domino are handled in the same way and the second domino is now seen to have blue spots! The last domino and red ribbon are taken and placed together in the cover as before and pulling on the ends of the red ribbon the domino comes up and all the spots have changed to red!

The smooth finish and craftsmanship of the dominoes make this a very special and rarely seen early Alan Warner piece, especially for the Collector. Includes instructions. Condition very fine.
