This is the original Werry routine wherein a coin placed on the table and surrounded by 3 matches and then covered by a card followed by the matchbox vanishes without a trace. This includes an ungimmicked playing card along with 1950 coins from Germany and Bryant & May's Matchbox and 2 pages of instructions for this very magical effect. In addition to the coin vanishing it could be reproduced from elsewhere or be shown to have penetrated right through the table. No moves or sleights are involved as the effect almost works itself. Loose matches not included. Condition very fine. | |
