From the Bob Dowd Collection comes this earliest block release from rope using a polished solid hardwood block 2 1/2" in size along with the rope with red tipped ends. This is still the best block from rope release and one that can be fully examined by a spectator. From 1945 and includes 2 pages of instructions with illustrations by Hahne. Rope with soil and some finish absence from block. Condition fine. | |
