| This pocket secretary is opened and from within a plate is shown with the explanation that the Treasury Department issued a few of these kits to some people for a test. The plate is placed under the top sheet of a pad of paper and rubbed over with the horizontal edge of a pen (not supplied). The plate is then removed and laid on the top of the sheet of paper on the pad and rubbed again in similar fashion. The plate is removed and the top sheet is seen to be a freshly printed banknote which is peeled away from the pad and shown as it is genuine! The magician further explains that since there is no serial number that the bill must be sent to the government along with one dollar for postage and handling so they may fill in the number! This is an eye popping effect that spectators expect to see from a magician. Includes 2 pages of instructions with patter and genuine banknote shown. Condition very fine. | |
