| This was made by John Pomeroy and from 1969. This is an effect with comedy and a mystery and if you have a heckler so the instructions say so much the better. The spectator is told that you need help with a little problem and a bicycle lock is shown with the key hanging from the curve of the shackle. The spectator is told that the key opens the lock but since you only had one key and didn't want to lose it you placed the key on the shackle for safe keeping. It is shown that when you want to use the lock you just simply remove the key (even though it is locked on the lock) and so it goes with the putting on and taking off of the key. At the right time the key is placed back on and all handed to the spectator so they may try to remove with no success. Includes 2 pages of illustrated instructions and includes a drawstring carry bag. Condition very fine. | |
