| This is a scarce comedy item that is very well made of wood and metal and not some flimsy arrangement. This will enable the performer to turn any post chair into a very funny bit. The magician goes to sit down upon a chair and the chair height is not quite to his liking. Stepping aside he retrieves a phone book and places it upon the seat bottom trying that for size. Still not satisfied he opens the book and tears out several pages. Sitting upon the book upon the chair satisfaction is expressed which gets a laugh from the audience. Suddenly the performer's back side sinks about 6” with a serious look coming over the face of the performer. Standing up will reveal a post sticking up from the center of the directory. Upon receipt you will need to affix the cover of a directory to complete to your liking. Includes 2 pages of instructions from Billy McComb dated 1983. Condition very fine. | |
