Description

Larry Becker’s instructions state: Imagine being able to accomplish a seemingly miraculous feat of psychic ability without having to resort to gimmicks, apparatus, manual dexterity or confederates. Serial Killer is a one man effect. A baffling tour de force that will defy explanation.

Effect: The performer removes a large quantity of U.S. paper currency from his wallet (approximately 35 to 40 bills). Randomly distributing the bills to three spectators, the performer requests each to thoroughly mix the bills they have received. When they’re satisfied that the bills have been well mixed, each spectator is asked to select any one of the bills in their possession and to return the remaining bills to the performer.

Now, one of the three spectators is asked to call aloud the letter and first three digits in the serial number on the bill he has freely selected. In full view of the audience, the performer records the letter and three digits on a large piece of cardboard. The second spectator is asked to call out the middle two digits in the serial number on his freely selected bill, in other words, the fourth and fifth digits. The performer records these two digits on the board next to the first spectator’s number. Finally, the third spectator is requested to call aloud the last three digits and letter on the bill he freely selected. The performer records these adjacent to the five digits called by the first two spectators.

Displaying the eight digit, two letter serial number randomly by the three spectators, the performer explains that they have just created a phantom one dollar bill. A bill that until this very moment, never existed before. More important, the performer points out, that just like fingerprints, there are no two serial numbers alike on U.S. Paper Currency! As a result, the serial number created by the three spectators would have been totally different had they each selected any other bill.

Now, the performer points to a sealed envelope suspended from the ceiling on a ribbon. Any spectator is asked to remove the envelope from the ribbon and to open and read aloud what is printed on the folded sheet of paper inside. The spectator does so and believe it or not, the paper contains the exact serial number created totally at random by three spectators!

Now read this carefully. The bills are all genuine U.S. Paper Currency. The Serial Numbers on these bills have not been altered, gimmicked or tampered with in any way. The serial numbers each consist of eight digits, two letters and are actually different from one another! The effect is performed just the way it has been described above. Believe me, this is truly new! There's no sleight of hand, no secret writing, no electronics, no gimmicks, no stooges, no switches, no tampering with the prediction. In fact, you can mail it to someone weeks ahead of time and never touch it again. Most important of all, the three spectators have an absolutely free choice of any bill in their possession. No force! No extraneous apparatus. Just the money, a piece of cardboard, a pen and the prediction.

I know this sounds like a pipe dream, but every single word is true! This is without a doubt one of the greatest mental effects I have ever created.

This is in like new condition. as it was never used and it would be a great deal of effort to try to make this yourself. Includes 5 pages of instructions. The money is genuine.
