| A Collectors item from Davenports in Great Britain that is early. This is made of wood and metal standing 9" high and the general effect is a jumbo playing card shown to have a Queen face placed in the narrow frame. A white silk is taken and a corner placed in the circular opening at the center. This is pulled completely through from the other side and now shown to have the Queen card image printed upon it! The card is withdrawn from the frame and now shown to be blank! Includes instructions. Condition the mechanics in the base of the frame work but due to age the cards are with soil and silks with tears and fragile. The one side of frame at the base is absent a small thin ledge which is no more than a rounded thick wire in which to rest the card while in frame, otherwise good. | |
