Description
Ottorino ''Otto'' Dalla Baratta, aka Odaba (Padova, 25 January 1909 - Padova, 14 November 1983) was an Italian illusionist, painter, sculptor and ventriloquism. Already a skillful magician he joined the newborn ''Club Magico Italiano'' in 1956. He invented many original effects, amongst all his international awarded waistcoat with nine color changes. He mainly focused his magic career on mentalism and soon became a point of reference for all Italian magicians, thanks to his numerous articles published on magic magazine ''Magia Moderna''. The spirit hand was crafted entirely by Otto from start to finish with painting to create the desired look. It includes a board of plex 11 3/4" x 7 7/8" for which the hand rests until it comes to life rapping eerily up and down while the board is held in the hands. Includes illustrations for operation.
