Description
A classic style Die Box and Chimney from Davenport's in Great Britain. Made of wood with brass hardware. The Die Box measures 8 7/8" wide x 4 1/2" deep x 4 5/8" high having two doors in front and two doors in back all of which are hinged at bottom edge to open down for a clear view through the box and has a great sliding sound mechanism. The Chimney measures 7 1/8" high x 4" square and constructed along with Die for vanish of the Die placed within. This may be used with the Die Box if desired or not but is furnished as the Deluxe Outfit from Davenports. Also included is the solid ungimmicked die along with 2 five sided shells each having a hinged flap that opens out which works with the styling operation of the box and chimney. Includes instructions for operation of chimney. Condition: the Die Box has a tiny nick on the top end side, otherwise very fine. Chimney is very fine. The 2 shells which have hinged flaps are coming away due to age and hinges are of cloth and can be replaced if desired. The entire unit is very well made and one that is seldom seen.

Please be advised there are No Buyer's Premiums. A bid placed in the last 5 minutes of an auction will extend the closing time 10 additional minutes.

3. Once auction has ended winning bidder will receive an email invoice with amount due including shipping/handling/insurance and 6.75% tax if residing in the State of Ohio. International bidders will receive an email with shipping options/charges. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Money Order and Check. Payment is due upon auction close unless other arrangements have been made prior to bidding.

6. Please note: This is a standard auction format with no proxy bidding which means the bid you enter is what will automatically show and be taken as what you are going to pay if you win the item. Shipping/Insurance charges are in addition to winning bid amounts. What you will not have at the end of the auction is the addition of Buyer's Premiums that can range from 15% to 25% and more.
