Description

Made of wood standing 12 3/4" high x 6 1/4" wide x 5 1/4" deep with chrome metal daggers with wood handles. A wooden cabinet is shown which, it is explained, is a Chinese Flame Clock. The three doors at the front are opened and the candle can be seen. It is removed from inside the cabinet and handed for examination, after which it is once more placed back in position inside the cabinet. Two lovely daggers are now shown and may be examined, then the performer closes the doors of the cabinet and thrusts each dagger through slits at either side of the cabinet, thus dividing it into three sections. The three front doors are opened along with the one rear door and it is seen that the center section of the candle has vanished but the top section is floating in mid-air and the bottom section is still there. A silk may be drawn completely through the middle section, from front to back, proving there are no mirrors etc. Finally the doors are closed and the daggers withdrawn, the doors opened again and the candle is back in one piece and may be examined once more. Includes instructions. Condition very good.

Payment is due upon auction close unless other arrangements have been made prior to bidding.
