This operates on 3 C batteries (not included) which I placed within and it states in the instructions to blow the right notes on the horn and either one or two notes may charm the Cobra out of the Basket. I whistled every tune I could and could not coax this to work. The horn is absent so I cannot attest to its working. It may or may not work. Includes instructions and comes in original box. | |
