| I have never seen this before and it likely was custom made. This is precision made of brass and stands 3 1/4" high having a diameter of 1 15/16". The exact purpose is not known but a description of the make up follows. The cover has an inner sleeve that looks like the platform of the unit that perfectly sleeves over the platform top. The base has a hollow platform top that has a friction fit disk that appears as the top surface that will sink into the platform top allowing inner sleeve from cover to become new surface. This allows for a possible change of item placed on platform. Coin not supplied. Condition First Rate. | |
