A red velvet bag with a beautiful nickled frame closure with chain handle with switching element activated by a tiny knob. The nickled frame has a sleeve over clasp which prevents the bag from opening prematurely. Bag has a 1/2 inch wear line in velvet showing material underneath but this is a small area up by the frame. Condition is remarkably good for this early Thayer piece. | |
