Circa 1950's and a quite wonderful piece this is genuine P&L through and through with a trademark stamp.  Made of stainless steel and glass. Measures 4" deep x 6" high x 7 1/2" wide and weighs 2 lbs. 6 oz. dry.

This Aquarium is shown all around and filled with water from a clear pitcher (not supplied). At once it may be seen full of Goldfish swimming about as the action of the mechanics of the Aquarium is almost automatic in working.

Another performing style is to cover the Aquarium with a silk after filling and to later remove the silk with audible gasp from the audience at the fish swimming about.

This is an absolute find for a P&L Collector or for that matter any Collector of Apparatus as this is in beautiful and watertight condition.
