A wooden tube hinged to open at center is shown and a ribbon lowered in. Both ends of ribbon clearly shown hanging from ends of tube and tube is opened and the ribbon cut. The tube is hinged closed and the ribbon is immediately withdrawn unharmed! Tube is 9 3/8" long and made very well from Europe. Condition very fine. | |
