Die Box measures 4 3/8" wide x 2 1/2" high x 2 3/8" deep along with Chimney which measures 3 7/8" high by a little over 2" square and the Die being only 1 1/2". The box has a sound mechanism and built along the principle of two doors at front and two at the rear all of which may be let down for a clear view through the box.

By having two special dies along with the third regular die it may be shown that the die is migratory by nature between the chimney the box and a hat or similar receptacle. In the original early effect of many years ago the box was first shown with all doors open along with the empty chimney and borrowed hat.

A die is shown and placed in the box with the doors closed and the die is heard to pass from side to side yet when all doors are opened the die has vanished. The chimney is lifted and the die is discovered! Covered again the die vanishes and is found in the box once more. Again it vanishes from the box and is found in the hat!
