First let me begin by saying this effect was only available to current customers of Mr. Himbers effects having made a purchase prior to the release of Triple Winner. The popularity of Himber items then and now is due to their ability to absolutely fool anyone bearing witness and this especially includes magicians.

Himber's Triple Winner was produced in a limited number adding even more to the scarcity and unavailability factor. The effect begins with the magician borrowing someone's wedding ring which is placed within a leather box stamped with gold.

The box is shaken proving without doubt it is inside and the magician lays it down telling the story of a Leprechaun who is on his back turning around showing there is nothing on it. Suddenly the magician exclaims "He stuck me!" turning around it is seen that a small imported leather purse engraved in gold is pinned to his back!

It gets even better as the magician asks someone to remove the purse and they find they can't until they unpin the safety pin. (Bear in mind no stooges.) Inside the leather purse is a tiny metal and leather box which is locked. When the spectator opens the box the borrowed wedding ring is found inside!

The second effect is that of the magician showing his right pocket pinned closed. The magician never goes near his pocket and after borrowing a wedding ring he places it in the small leather box and then the spectator unpins the pocket and discovers in the pocket the purse and little box and their borrowed ring!

The third effect is that of the magician showing one of the most expensive kit bags that Himber stated you could find on 5th Avenue approximately 9" x 5" made out of the rarest of leathers Water Buffalo. Himber also stated you will be proud to carry your close up show with it. The bag is placed on the table and with the magician never going near it a borrowed wedding ring disappears and the spectator opens the bag discovering within the purse and little box and inside the box is a wedding ring which is returned to the spectator! 

Now you know why Richard Himber named this stellar effect Triple Winner. Comes complete even with a gold ring and several pages of instructions. Condition very fine and desirable.
