Description

In the collecting of trick coins the ones to marvel over are the early coins as the machining technology employed was not that of today.

This is a marvelous set with a Two Copper One Silver using a Large Penny from 1854 along with a 1945 Walking Liberty Silver Half Dollar and an English Penny of 1962. The regular coins supplied are the *English Penny *1854 One Cent Coin and *1945 Silver Liberty Half. The gimmick coin shows English Penny on one side and reverse the Eagle side of the Liberty Half which separates showing the insert Eagle having the 1850's One Cent coin. In addition to the foregoing is a 1911 Half Dollar Locking Coin that when separated the tail side insert has the 1850's One Cent Copper on the reverse enabling this to be used with the straight 1851 Cent Coin from the other set.

The 1911 Half Dollar Locking Coin is to be used like the Scotch and Soda Coin effect of today. This is a quite scarce assembly of trick coins and a grouping which is sure to please.
