Mel Babcock a craftsman of quality magic apparatus made this beautiful version of this close up classic in his usual fine style working with beautiful grains of walnut wood polished smooth in natural finish.

A ring is placed in the bottom of this small box and the two doors are closed. The box is shaken and the ring is heard to rattle within.

A solid wood dowel is inserted through the holes in the sides of the box and when the doors are lowered it is found that the ring has levitated and penetrated onto the dowel which is then removed straight out through horizontal slots for this purpose!

Includes illustrated instructions and the box is trademark stamped. Mr. Babcock's items are certainly worth collecting. Condition very fine.
