Have only seen one other ever available many years ago and this includes two pages of illustrated instructions for assembly and setting of the mechanism. A glass (not supplied) is covered with a handkerchief (not supplied) and placed upon the velvet covered stand.

A borrowed hat is placed atop the covered glass and the hat is seen to slowly sink down to flush with the table top. Reaching into the hat the magician brings out the glass showing a successful penetration through the crown of the hat without damage to the hat!

This mechanical stand includes the setting tool. The handkerchief with disc is absent but not impossible to have made. Includes 2 pages of illustrated instructions.
