  1. Nesting Boxes, high finish steel, nest of seven, the smallest box measuring 1 5/8" cube the largest measuring 2 3/4" cube. Spectator has to open boxes by removing rubber bands, the glide will pass most finger rings as well as half dollar size coins. each lid is slightly notched to hold rubber bands in place. Quality made and beautiful. $250

  2. The Bottled Silk, Magic Inc., a squatty bottle and two silks for a penetration of a silk through the bottom of the bottle. This needs a thread and bead added to the corner of one of the silks and then you will have an item that you will fool yourself with in the mirror! $25

  8. Card Picking Duck, Warren Hamilton, this duck is too nice to use and is trademark stamped along with the number 17, includes some alphabet cards. $250




  9. The Lego™ Car, Alonso, a toy car built by a spectator from Lego™ pieces finds a chosen card. With the spectator pushing the car next to or on top of a ribbon spread of cards it will stop on the chosen one!

  10. Gambler's Card Holdout, Owen Magic, with knee spread attachment, comes on display board from Holland museum. This is a stamped piece, I would hate to say how many hours of labor went into the manufacture of this desirable item. The last quoted price to manufacture is $2,500. This one for $1850.

  11. Illusion or Reality, Doug Henning, another popular poster of the man thought responsible for causing a renewed interest in magic, measures 30" x 45" , this poster was graded as a second, some wrinkling on the vertical edges along with pinholes in the corners. $45

  14. Foo Can, chrome plated metal, standing 8 1/2" tall, liquid poured into this can will vanish and wand may be placed within and all turned upside down proving it has really gone. $35

  18. Chinese Sticks, Royal Magic, these are early with black bodies and red Catalin tips, four sticks all together, some need tassles. All are 8 1/2" long. $25




  19. Chink-O-Tine, Abbotts, two panels folded together may produce four silks (not included), each panel measures 7 1/4" x 9 1/4" with Asian decorations. $15




  20. Multiplying Billiard Balls, earlier set, 1 3/4" diameter, 3 balls and shell, one ball slightly undersized, an absolutely beautiful shell with proper thickness. $25




  21. Bill Tube, made in Western Germany, includes handkerchief with hem and nice padlock for this classic pocket effect. $45




  22. Liquid Appear, an empty glass placed into a can may be immediately withdrawn and shown to be full of liquid! Can is painted in a burnt orange color without decoration, excellent almost new condition. $15




  23. Tube-Balls and Silk, Grant, includes two blue silks, painted metal tube and balls. The blue on the two balls not the same shade, so grab a couple of ping pong balls and a can of blue spray paint, sold as is. This clever routine was worked out by John Murray and Grant. $25

  47. Carved Belt Hooks, this is an assortment of approximately 9 belt hooks in wood carved like pipes along with 5 cut from plastic. $10




  48. Television Frame, Schlunegger, a selected card is replaced in the deck and shuffled, performer springs the cards toward the frame and the selected card appears between the two glass plates. An early and difficult to find piece of apparatus. The rubber bands are long since gone and new ones should be installed to work this mechanical marvel, stands 10 3/4" high with a base width of 10 1/4" x 3" deep. $300

  53. Crystallized Claw Footed Dove Pan, early P&L, this is a double load pan made in brass, large trademark stamps in excellent condition. Will make a collection of P&L, very hard to find. $300

  54. P&L "Ultralite" Flashlight 1916, this was P & L's venture into manufacture of a portable Flashlight. This is the housing without the bulb or battery internals. This is interesting to have as an example in a magic collection and is trademark stamped with the patent date and name "Ultralite". The inner housing telescopes and uses the outer shell as a reflector for the light, also uses pressure bead locking mechanism. This is an interesting piece of metal work. One side has patina. Sold as a conversation piece as this is a non functioning item. Made of nickeled brass. No instructions. $15




  55. Thimble Device, P&L, excellent metal work as P&L were known for in this elaborate undercoat holder which is spring loaded to release 4 thimbles with a gentle squeeze on the pedal. Includes 8 metal thimbles painted white, large Trademark stamp. $75

  56. Mystik, P&L, better known as "Mystic Match", this is a 3 1/4" wood match along with directions that are illustrated with proper manipulation for the enlarging match. $35

Wand Coin Clip, P&L, a really scarce item to find, this specially designed metal clip is engineered to hold coins against the shaft of a magic wand prior to their aquitment in a routine of Coins from the air. Still in the original tissue and trademark stamped, original envelope and instructions. $75




  58. Royal Rising Pencil, P&L, this pencil, when placed on the outstretched palm upward hand, will rise upward on end, beautiful condition and hard to find complete. $50

Dr. Jaks Mental Image, these are the specially gimmicked Jumbo ESP designed cards for use with a crayon with a magnet imbedded at the flat end, I supply a tiny rare earth magnet so you may be able to gaff your own crayon and you will also need 5 opaque envelopes which the 7" x 4 1/2" cards will fit. $25

  85. The Sensitive Rope, Vernet, Argentina, a 16" piece of rope which is shown to be flexible and normal in all ways yet it can be held between the hands and let go of one hand yet it remains suspended. $15




  86. 3 Shell Game and Book, the 3 shells are by Vernet along with the supplied 2 rubber balls, one professional Pea by Karl Norman, the book "Hello Sucker!" by Chanin 1948, 78 pages, step by step illustrations, if you ever wanted to explore this shady pursuit here is your chance. $30




  87. The Volta Master Slate Writing, any two slates may be used, 2 sample boards supplied for explanation along with illustrated instructions. This is not the method where tiny numbers are written in the corners of the slates, instead, large numbers 1 thru 4 are written fully occupying from top to bottom the area in which the writing appears. $15




  88. Color Cube, here are two variations of an early pocket effect that is a classic, one in black and one in ivory color. $15
